Hazel Thanh is a Singaporean executive search specialist with a strong track record delivering front-office and strategic hires across Corporate & Investment Banking. She brings a rare combination of agency and in-house experience, having worked at leading international recruitment firms as well as within a top-tier investment bank.

Her expertise was first built in covering hires for Corporate & Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and PE firms since 2016. Over time, Hazel expanded her focus into Fintech, Climate Tech, and AI-enabled financial solutions, partnering with clients at the intersection of innovation and impact.

Before founding CIB Executive Search, Hazel advised global banks, high-growth startups, and venture-backed firms on hiring senior leadership and niche technical talent. Her work is defined by a rigorous understanding of complex business needs, deep market insight, and a candidate-first approach rooted in trust and long-term thinking.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Hazel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Singapore Management University (SMU). She has lived and worked across Asia (Vietnam, Singapore) and Europe (France) and brings a global perspective to every search.
